After soccer practice and Tae Kwon Do…yes all back to back on Wednesday, I had to come up with a quick dinner. Ta Da!
These are Peanut Butter Apple Crescents with extra apple slices. It’s a must try for all moms…whose kids don’t have a nut allergy.
The recipe called for apricot jam, but I didn’t have any so I used what I had.
I used 1 package of Pillsbury crescent rolls, peanut butter and grape jelly, and apples. Unroll the dough, divide into the triangles, spread with pb and j, place a couple apple slices on top, then roll up into the crescent. Bake at the temp on the package until golden brown. Serve with a few extra chilled apples and milk.
